Meet P-43 and P-44, the two newest members of our mountain lion study! These 3-4 week-old females are from two separate litters on opposite ends of our study area, one in the Santa Monica Mountains and the other in the Santa Susanas. Kittens typically start opening their eyes at around two weeks of age. They start traveling with their mom at about four to six weeks of age. |
