| Description |
English: If possible, a spot is chosen where there is food for the camels and firewood. First, the camels are unloaded and unsaddled and their front legs are tied together with a short rope so that the animals do not stray too far during the night. The goatskin water bag (guerba) with the water supply (front right) is hung on a branch. (Due to osmosis, the water on sandy ground would have seeped away by morning.) The shesh is put down and soon firewood is collected and cooking begins.
Deutsch: Nach Möglichkeit wird ein Platz gewählt, wo es Futter für die Kamele und Brennholz gibt. Zuerst werden die Kamele entladen und abgesattelt und ihre Vorderbeine mit einem kurzen Strick zusammengebunden, damit die Tiere sich über die Nacht nicht zu weit entfernen. Die Gerba mit dem Wasservorrat (rechts vorn) wird an einem Ast aufgehängt. (Wegen der Osmose würde das Wasser auf sandigem Boden bis zum Morgen versickert sein.) Der Schesch wird abgelegt und bald wird Brennholz gesammelt und mit Kochen begonnen.

Tout d'abord, les chameaux sont déchargés et dessellés et leurs pattes avant sont attachées ensemble avec une courte corde afin que les animaux ne s'éloignent pas trop pendant la nuit. La guerba avec la réserve d'eau (avant droite) est accrochée à une branche. (En raison de l'osmose, l'eau du sol sableux aurait pu s'infiltrer le matin.) Le chech est déposé et bientôt le bois de chauffage est ramassé et la cuisson commence. |
