Description
English: Traveling east from the east end of the Outerbridge Crossing (NJ/NY Route 440) above Arthur Kill, at Bridge Street and Page Avenue in Charleston / Richmond Valley, Staten Island. Pictured is the former tollbooth plaza built in the 1970s, now occupied by electronic E-ZPass overhead gates. The pictured gates were the original "express lane" gates installed circa 2005; the newer gates to the right still had tollbooths until 2019.
