Description
English: The Herrenteichswall was part of the city walls of Osnabrück, Lower Saxony, Germany. This earthen rampart was built in the 16th century. Its outer side is covered with a stone revetment. Originally it was two meters higher than today.
Deutsch: Der Herrenteichswall aus dem 16. Jahrhundert schützte die Ostseite der Nordhälfte Osnabrücks. Er ist noch 500 Meter lang. Ursprünglich war er noch zwei Meter höher. Seine Außenseite wird von einer Futtermauer gestützt.
