Description

En el marco del 70 aniversario del Centro Cultural de Música, la Orquesta Sinfónica de Washington (EE.UU.) se presentó en el Auditorio Nacional Adela Reta (Sodre) en un evento que contó con el auspicio de la Embajada de Estados Unidos en Uruguay.

La embajadora, Julissa Reynoso, asistió al concierto y tuvo la oportunidad, al finalizar el mismo de conocer personalmente al Director de la Orquesta, el Maestro Christoph Eschenbach y al célebre cellista Claudio Bohórquqez, quien actuó como solista en el concierto.

El auspicio de la embajada para este evento forma parte de la iniciativa "Un mes de música estadounidense" que la embajada está celebrando en los meses de junio y julio y a través del cual presenta músicos estadounidenses en diversos escenarios y eventos del Uruguay.
