Title |
Oregon Improvement Company, ca. 1885 |
||||||||||||||||||||
Description |
Transcribed from photograph: "Wharves. Jackson and Washington Street ? Oregon Improvement Co. machine shops." That appears to be Seattle's Beacon Hill in the background, with South School (torn down in the Jackson Regrade) on the horizon at left. So this would be over the old mudflats, probably just north of the present-day Lumen Field where the Seahawks and Sounders play. |
