Original Caption: Oregon Gas Station Dealers Had a Flag System to Help Motorists. This Green Flag Signified Gas Was Available to Everyone a Yellow Flag Meant Commercial Vehicles Only, and a Red Flag Meant No Gasoline for Anyone. This Station Was Located in Portland 01/1974
