Description
English: The Order of Merit of the People's Republic of Poland (Order Zasługi Polskiej Rzeczypospolitej Ludowej) is a Polish order awarded to those who have rendered great service to the Polish nation. It is granted to foreigners or Poles resident abroad and as such is a traditional 'diplomatic order'. It was created in 1974.
Русский: Орден Заслуг перед Польской Народной Республикой (польск. Order Zasługi Polskiej Rzeczypospolitej Ludowej) – государственная награда Польской Народной Республики. Орден учрежден 10 апреля 1974 года, как награда за выдающиеся заслуги перед Польской Народной Республикой. 16 октября 1992 года Законом об орденах и наградах был переучреждён как награда Республики Польша.
