and Orange Slush recipe with my own idea of using Diamond Sugar or Mishri and desiccated coconut with Orange pulp to make a delicious fruit delight. Orange Delight : Cut Orange into halves scoop out the pulp, preserve some kernels or good pulp, use spoon to make juice of the remaining orange pulp, add little water to mix corn flour, sugar, desiccated coconut and heat till it thickens. Pour into a cup and let it cool. Add some orange kernels mixed with Diamond sugar and desiccated coconut, crushed ice, add some of the freshly made orange crush. This is for the outer surface or rim of the orange. Coat the Orange halves with this Orange Delight by pressing on the orange crush on the plate. Orange Snow Cream : Take a bowl of homemade simple creamy white Ice Cream made by reducing milk, addition of milk powder, sugar, corn syrup and freezing overnight. This is Snow Cream, now add remaining orange crush, mix well and make a beautiful, tasty Orange Snow and fill in the centre. Refreshing treat of Orange Snow Cream or Ice
