English: Family members of fallen soldiers from Operations Iraqi Freedom and Enduring gathered together to release balloons into the sky with love letters attached to them in their memory, Feb. 23. Survivor Outreach Services, an Army program, hosts Operation Love Letters to bring together family members of Fallen Soldiers from recent wars. During the event, family members took a moment to introduce their Fallen Soldier to one other, write a special letter to their fallen hero, and later attach the letter to a balloon to be released into the sky.
