English: ANDERSEN AIR FORCE BASE, Guam -- U.S. Navy Lt. Sarah Hull, assigned to U.S. Naval Hospital on Guam, decorates the care package she assembled during pack day for Operation Christmas Drop (OCD) 2016, Dec. 3, 2016. Roughly 200 volunteers packed 140 boxes with more than 40,000 lbs. of critical supplies gathered through donations. OCD is a U.S. Air Force tradition that started in 1952, delivering needed essentials to approximately 20,000 people living in more than 50 isolated islands throughout the Commonwealth of the Northern Marianas Islands, Federated States of Micronesia and Republic of Palau. The U.S. was joined by international military partners from Japan and Australia as part of the Department of Defense’s longest running airlift mission. (Photo by U.S. Air Force Tech. Sgt.
