Christopher Barszczewski of 12th Signal Battalion, 12th Mechanized Division, during Operation Atlantic Resolve here March 20. First Brigade, 3rd Infantry Division is an armored brigade combat team and the U.S. Army’s current regionally aligned force for Europe.
