[edit]
Description

Earlier in the day on Aug. 21 …. NSF Director France Córdova was in Glendo, Wyoming, to observe the total solar eclipse. "The 2017 solar eclipse was more than an opportunity to marvel at the beauty of our nearest star; it was a chance to capture unique science," she said. In Glendo, the eclipse began around 10:30 a.m., local time. See more photos and read about the Director's solar eclipse journey in her blog.
