English: This fence post on the A924 by the little stream below Mains of Dounie has been painted to represent a milemarker. BL is for Blairgowrie to the south. There may have been a metal milepost at this site at one time but MS is not marked on the 1980 OS 50 000. Five metal posts are still in situ south of here on the road to Blairgowrie |
