Description

Louisiana Department of Wildlife and Fisheries biologists and enforcement agents rescued four oiled Kemp's ridley sea turtles this morning off the Grand Isle coast.

The agents retrieved the oiled turtles and transported them to the LDWF Fisheries Research Lab in Grand Isle where LDWF biologists cleaned and prepped the turtles for transport to the Louisiana Marine Mammal and Sea Turtle Rescue Program at the Audubon Aquarium of the America's in New Orleans.
