Creato sulla base della seguente descrizione testuale: "Drappo bianco riccamente ornato di ricami d'oro e caricato dello stemma civico con l'iscrizione, centrata in oro "Città di Oderzo". Le parti in metallo ed i cordoni sono dorati. L'asta verticale è ricoperta di velluto bianco con bullette dorate poste a spirale. Nella freccia è rappresentato lo stemma della Città e sul gambo inciso il nome. Cravatta con nastri tricolori dai colori nazionali frangiati di oro. Dal Gonfalone pendono due croci quali benemerenze della Guerra Mondiale 1915-1918: Croce al Merito di Guerra e Croce della 3ª Armata, con relativi nastri."
