DescriptionObserving Rainier.jpg | Mt. Rainier on an overcast day, from the boardwalk observation deck at Nisqually Wildlife Refuge (near Olympia, WA). A large portion of this boardwalk and zone will be closed to all but waterfowl hunters come October 15, which is a common situation at many national wildlife refuges. The full boardwalk won't reopen again until the end of the season on January 29. Time for a non-hunters' duck stamp, as I see it. | ||
