Description
Русский: Слово "кисель" произошло от старославянского "кысль", "кысель", что означает кислый, квашеный - овсяного киселя (несладкое, кисловатое студенистое блюдо). Современные сладкие фруктово-ягодные кисели на крахмале имеют только общее название с ним и являются десертом.

Едят кисель следующим образом (1): Зачерпывают 1/3-1/2 ложки киселя.
