Oak tree at Glenarney School

Summary

[edit]
Description
English: Oak tree at Glenarney School The story goes that this old oak tree which is in the grounds of the former school was the subject of a poem which was written by a poet called Cander in 1926, but there is also some mention of it by an old soldier called Fenton in 1856, which makes it pretty old.
