Description
English: Steam cloud of the nuclear power plant of Saint-Laurent-des-Eaux (Loire-et-Cher, France) seen from the A10 highway.
Français : Nuage de vapeur de la centrale de Saint-Laurent-des-Eaux (Loire-et-Cher, EDF, France) vu depuis l'autoroute A10 ; les centrales nucléaires et les centrales thermiques classiques, ainsi que certaines usines disposent de w:fr:tours de refroidissement où le débit d'eau est tel que la vapeur d'eau injectée dans l'atmosphère peut parfois directement produire des nuages artificiels (dits homogenitus selon l'Atlas international des nuages de 2017[1],) ou alimenter la couche nuageuse déjà présente.
