Summary

[edit]
Description
English: This is a famous sweet from West Bengal, India. Made from cottage cheese and in this case date jaggery, a delicacy available only during the winter months. Soft, melt in the mouth texture with smoky hint from the jaggery. Very light on the palate and finds its place in all bengali homes, festivals and otherwise.
