Miller, considered to be Upper Arlington's first citizen, who owned the original land tract purchased for the development of Upper Arlington. On June 29th, 1918, Mr. Miller became the first mayor of Upper Arlington. The land for Miller Park was donated by him, and the park was named for him. | |||||||
