This is the recent logo of Northwestern Bell Telephone Company according with the 2020 and 2021 updates. The company and name Northwestern Bell (as of 1994) are no longer used although the company and name (according to many sources may be someday brought back). Did business as US West, Qwest and CenturyLink. Now does business under the Lumen Technologies identity. The Bell System Memorial website mentions so and is used with several Wikipedia web sites.
