da:Nørre Snede Kirke ligger i Nørre Snede Sogn, i Ikast-Brande Provsti (Århus Stift). Sognet ligger i Ikast-Brande Kommune (tidligere Nørre-Snede Kommune); indtil Kommunalreformen i 1970 lå det i Vrads Herred (Skanderborg Amt).

Kirken var i middelalderen viet til Sankt Mikael.
