Description

Place: Sanchong District, New Taipei

The second generation Nissan Tiida (C12) was launched in 2011 and succeeded the first generation Tiida hatchback, the old first generation Tiida sedan continues to be produced in Taiwan until today. The new Tiida hatchback was officially marketed as 'Big Tiida'. A heavily revamped version of the Tiida marked the return of the C-segment hatchback on the European market, which is known as Pulsar (C13). In april 2016, the Tiida received a similar facelift in mainland China, albeit now with a Vmotion grille. Recently the Tiida was facelifted in Taiwan as well, but rather than following the Chinese facelift or European Pulsar, it's a much more limited facelift with a new Vmotion grille and new bumpers, rather than receiving the new headlights, taillights and new sheetmetal around. Keeping the tradition of tacky marketing names alive, it's now called 'iTiida'.
