De honderd vlaggenmasten met kleurrijke windzakken zijn een kunstwerk, genaamd “Le vent souffle où il veut”, in het Nederlands “De wind blaast waar hij wil”. Het is een creatie van Daniel Büren. Het werd op 8 april 2011 geïnstalleerd.
The hundred flagpoles with colourfull windsocks are a work of art, called “Le vent souffle où il veut”, in English “The wind blows wherever it likes”. It was created by Daniel Büren. It was installed the 8th of april 2011.
