Română: Țiganca de la Ghergani, ulei pe pânză, 150x100cm, semnat dreapta jos, nedatat - Muzeul Național de Artă al României. Figura feminină apare ilustrată în contrapost, uşor semiprofil spre dreapta, sprijinită cu cotul de un ulcior. Sărăcia veşmintelor nu se observă, privirea fiind captată de salba de arginţi de pe piept şi de frumosul chip al ţigăncii luminat cu meşteşug de Grigorescu. Semnat dreapta jos, cu negru. English: The female figure appears illustrating in the contrapost, slightly semiprofile to the right, supported by the elbow elbow. The pocket of the garments is not observable, and the look is captured by the silver vest on the chest and the beautiful face of the giant lighted by Grigorescu.
