Description
English: New Zealand yacht TARUA was designed and built by owner Jack Logan. Logan sailed TARUA in the 1951 World's 18-footers Championship in Sydney with the Auckland Yacht and Motor Boat Association class registration number 'V 5' on the mainsail. The championship was won by MYRA TOO, an Australian yacht designed, built and skippered by William Barnett of Berrys Bay, Sydney.
