Description

DUO Building, Kempkensberg, Groningen, The Netherlands.

Design: Ben F. van Berkel, Gerard Loozekoot (UNStudio, 2006).

Modified by me using GIMP.

DUO implements education laws and regulations. Several important duties are: funding educational institutions, providing study funding, collecting teaching fees and study debts, organising school examinations.

DUO falls under the Ministry of Education, Cultural Affairs and Science (OCW).'
