Description Sign outside the former Washington High School, in Portland, Oregon, after its 2014-15 renovation, noting one of the building's new occupants: the administrative offices of the Portland-based New Seasons Market chain. The high school closed in 1981, and the building sat mostly unused and boarded-up from 2003 until 2014.
