Description

The Torrs is a gorge through Woodhead Hill Sandstone in New Mills, a village in the Peak District. It lies at the confluence of the River Sett and the River Goyt.

The Sett approaches the Goyt. Pack horse bridges over the Sett. A cliff of Woodhead Hill gritstone/sandstone.
