Deutsch: Innenansicht des Brauhauses Zipf in der oberösterreichischen Gemeinde Neukirchen an der Vöckla.
Die Gaststätte Brauhaus Zipf befindet sich auf dem Gelände der Brauerei Zipf. Diese wurde 1858 vom Wiener Bankier und Gutsbesitzer Franz Schaup († 1871) gegründet, indem er bei einer Zwangsversteigerung ein in Zipf von Friedrich Hofmann seit 1842 betriebenes Brauhaus aufkaufteː [1]. Im Jahr 1970 erfolgte die Fusion mit der Österreichischen Brau AG und diese (ab 1998 Brau Union) wurde wiederum 2003 mit der niederländischen Heineken AG fusioniert. Aktuell (2021) beschäftigt das Unternehmen rd. 170 Mitarbeiter und es werden 11 Sorten Zipfer (Biere) und 3 Sorten HOPS (Hopfenlimonaden) gebrautː [2].
