Description 600 E Grand Avenue. Designed and built by Charles Sumner Frost 1916. Originally built for freight and excursion steamers, warehouses and for entertainment . Taken over by the US Navy in WWII as a naval aviation training centre, after a time as part of University of Illinois now an entertainment and exhibition complex.
