Description
Deutsch: Infotafel zur Moorbewirtschaftung im Spolsener Moor – Das 222 ha große Naturschutzgebiet „Spolsener Moor“ (NSG WE 176) gehört zu einer Reihe von Moorresten im Scheitelraum des Oldenburgisch-Ostfriesischen Geestrückens an der Wasserscheide zwischen Weser und Ems, die durch Schutzgebietsausweisungen gesichert werden konnten. Das Hochmoor ist in diesem Bereich allerdings durch Torfstiche sehr verändert, so dass die Ziele des Naturschutzes im Spolsener Moor in einer Wiederbelebung des Moorwachstums nach erfolgter Neuvernässung bestehen. Das NSG ist Bestandteil des FFH-Gebietes 010 „Lengener Meer, Stapeler Moor, Baasensmeer-Moor“. (Infoquelle: NLWKN)
