Relief sculpture on an arch adjacent to the Castel Nuovo, Naples. Royal coat of arms of King w:Frederick of Naples (1452-1504), sometimes called Frederick IV or Frederick of Aragon, the last king of Naples from the Neapolitan branch of the House of Trastámara, ruling from 1496 to 1501. He was the second son of King w:Ferdinand I of Naples. Inscribed in Latin: FEDERICUS DIVI FERD(INANDI) F(ILIUS) ARAG(ONAE) REX SICIL(IAE) ("Frederick son of the divine Ferdinand, King of Aragon (&) of Sicily"). Heraldic badges:
