Description
Українська: Мікрофотографія наноструктурованого фосфіду індію, отриманого методом фотоелектрохімічного травлення. Фотографії наноструктур було отримано на растровому електронному мікроскопі JSM-6490 дослідниками Бердянського державного педагогічного університету. Збільшення у 2000 разів. Отримані структури можуть буди застосовані для виготовлення на їх основі фотоелементів.
English: Photomicrograph of nanostructured indium phosphide obtained by method of photoelectrochemical etching. Photos nanostructures were obtained in scanning electron microscope JSM-6490 by the researchers of Berdyansk State Pedagogical University. The increase is 2000 times. The obtained structures can be used applied to producing on the basis of photocells.
