Description
עברית: פרויקט השדרוג של כביש 38 הנו פרויקט של "נתיבי ישראל". הפרויקט מתחלק לשני מכרזים. קטע ב', שכולל את ההפרדות המפלסיות מבוצע ע"י "אולניק" ומנוהל עבור "נתיבי ישראל" ע"י "דוד אקרשטיין", שמנהלת גם את קטע א'. ביצוע קידוח אופקי מתחת לקטע כביש 38 הקיים. קידוח זה מיועד עבור ניקוז. בתוך צינורות המתכת שמשמשים כמעטפת מושחל המקדח. העפר יוצא החוצה באדיבות ה"חילזון".
