Description Fly fisherman on the South Fork of the Holston River. The river is one of the 10 Heritage rivers in the US. NRCS worked with local farmers and other agencies in providing buffers, fencing for livestock, roational grazing, tree planting and recreational opportunities while at the same time improving water quality and wildlife habitat.
