| Description |
English: New Orleans after Hurricane Katrina: "Plantation Coffee House" is on some of the highest ground in the Navarre neighborhood; some people moved their vehicles here in hopes of avoiding any flooding from the storm. As the levees broke, the entire neighborhood flooded severely. Lines left by various levels of long standing water can be seen on building, the highest over the roofs of the vehicles. |
