Description
English: This is a theoretical model of the NOD-like receptor NLRP3. In red is the leucine rich repeat domain. Purple, light red and pink mark the nucleotide oligomerization domain, and in light-yellow is the pyrin domain. This model was constructed using three different PDB files. The LRR is from 4kxf. The pyrin domain is from PDB code 3qf2. The NOD is used from a monomer of PDB code 3j2t.
