NGC 2392 really does look like an Eskimo. There is a very good article on this object and its x-ray data <a href="http://chandra.harvard.edu/photo/2013/ngc2392/" rel="nofollow">here, at the Chandra website</a>. I can't think of anything unique or insightful to add. I avoided greatly saturating the red and yellow knots as seen in other versions of this same image. I think it gives a better sense that the blueish parts are probably a sphere surrounding the whole thing and not a disc shape which happens to face us, but I guess it could be a disc. If only we could get a different viewing angle for these things, they'd be easier to understand.
