Description
English: Rear Adm. Michael P. Tillotson, commander, Navy Expeditionary Combat Command (NECC), speaks to senior leaders assigned to NECC during the mandatory Operational Stress Control for Leaders (NAVOSC-Lead) course on Joint Expeditionary Base Little Creek-Fort Story Oct. 11. NAVOSC-Lead teaches leaders about the zones of the stress-continuum model, the importance of communication between caregivers and leaders, and their responsibility for navigating operational stress.
