| Description |
English: 13 Russian nationals, including a toddler left Dumaguete City Thursday via a “sweeper flight” sent by the Russian Government.
The departure was organized by the Russian Embassy in Manila, and facilitated by the Dumaguete City Tourism Office. Another group of 53 mixed foreign nationals left for Cebu at the same time onboard two chartered Ceres Liner buses. They were taken directly to the Mactan International Airport to catch the repatriation flights arranged by their respective governments. |
