Italiano: Il Museo dei Brettii e degli Enotri, oltre ai numerosi reperti archeologici, ospita anche, al secondo piano, una raccolta di documenti e cimeli relativa alla storia risorgimentale della città. La collezione si connette intimamente con lo stesso complesso di Sant’Agostino che, all’epoca carcere borbonico, fu probabilmente l’ultima prigione dei fratelli Attilio ed Emilio Bandiera, poi fucilati nel vicino Vallone di Rovito. Diversi i cimeli esposti: tra questi un fucile borbonico, alcune armi appartenute ai patrioti cosentini che parteciparono al moto del 15 marzo 1844 e l’atto di morte dei fratelli Bandiera. Di grande importanza il Tricolore posto al centro della prima sala, protagonista dei moti del ’44 e che è una delle più antiche bandiere italiane |
