Deutsch: Wildtyp Maus (links) und transgene Maus -/- Mstn F66 (rechts). Bei der rechten Maus wurde das Mstn-Gen abgeschaltet und dafür das Follistatin-Gen eingefügt. Die Muskelmasse der rechten Maus ist um den Faktor 4 höher, als beim Wildtyp (links)
