Milliaire de Domitius Ahenobarbus, proconsul en Gaule transalpine, découvert au Pont de Treilles (« elle se trouvait placée obliquement, dans le lit du torrent, à peu de distance de la rive gauche, et à une vingtaine de mètres en amont du pont. Une enquête sommaire a permis, du reste, de savoir que la borne avait été dégagée, plusieurs années auparavant, pendant la guerre, à la suite de l'exploitation du gravier de la rive gauche », selon Joseph Campardou, en 1949). Le pont sert de passage sur le « Rieu de Treilles », limite entre les communes de La Palme et de Caves (Aude), La Palme étant sur la rive gauche.
