Description
English: Maj. Gen. James E. Simmons, Multi-National Corps-Iraq deputy commanding general for support receives a token of appreciation from the Soldiers and the 720th Military Police Battalion. The Soldiers flew an American Flag, on Sept. 11, and handmade a wooden case to hold the Flag and certificate which was presented to Simmons by Lt. Col. Frank Y. Rangel, 720th Military Police Battalion commander at Camp Liberty in Baghdad, Iraq.
