Español: Las labores de las mujeres del municipio de San José Tenango Oaxaca son variados, entre ellos el de ir al campo donde tienen sus sembradíos de maíz, cosechan elote, en lo cual ellos denominan "ir a pizcar", al finalizar la jornada, recolectan sus elotes y los seleccionan, desde el más tierno hasta el más macizo, los elotes tiernos se emplean para la elaboración de Atole de maíz dulce o el tradicional "atole agrio", así como también la elaboración de tortillas y para hervir los elotes o asarlos, los elotes macizos se emplean para volver a sembrar nuevas milpas, esta selección lo realizan poniendo los elotes en un "petate" y empieza la selección y el desgrane de los elotes. |
