| Description |
Centar 2 - Kralja Zvonimira This building is the former bank "Ljubljanska banka" which was based in Ljubljana. Its liquidation took place in the early 1990s, after Slovenia declared its independence, which caused significant damage and relationship problems between Slovenia and Croatia. During the war, thanks to its position in the center of the city and at its height, the building served as a base for Croatian and Slovenian snipers, allowing them to aim the Bosnians who were walking, in their cars or in their houses. The building earned the nickname of Sniper Tower. |
