Español: Monumento dedicado al General Julio Argentino Roca , en Buenos Aires, Argentina. Inaugurado en 1941, tiene su base revestida de mármol con dos figuras, que representan a la Patria y al Trabajo. En la cima está coronado por una escultura ecuestre en bronce hecha por José Zorrilla de San Martín. Se ubica en la intersección de Av. Julio A. Roca (Diagonal Sur) y la calle Perú.

Argentina has no "freedom of panorama" provision in its copyright law. At least some think there is de facto freedom of panorama in Argentina regarding buildings:
